Customer Services Manager Stockport Part time (25 Hours) 27,946 - 31,051 pro rata
The Company: A division of one of the UK’s largest utility providers with more than 16 million customer accounts has an immediate requirement for a part time Customer Services Manager. Due to growth the business is expanding and requires a Customer Services Manager that will be responsible for the performance and development of a team of Team Managers.
The Candidate: Our client is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional candidates with natural written and verbal communication skills. Strong management, organisation and interpersonal skills are a must, and the exceptional applicant will provide inspirational leadership to a team of team managers adopting a high quality, right first time approach to the delivery of customer service whilst reinforcing the performance of the team.
The Career: Reporting to the Customer Contact Manager the successful applicant will ensure that a consistently high level of customer service is delivered through creating a culture that is built around the delivery of increased customer value and customer ownership. They will provide daily support and coaching to the Team managers to make sure that all KPI’s are set and hit.
The Customer Service Manager will use the necessary MI reports to carry out root cause analysis of operational issues and will work with the Team Managers to ensure that improvement measures and processes are put in place.
