Job Description :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a call allocator/call logger to join a well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious site in Northampton you will have call logging experience,strong knowledge of telephone systems, be PC literate and have a geographic understanding of the UK. Your responsibilities will be to allocate engineer resources to ensure SLA's are met taking accurate updates via the telephone and to assist other call logger's as and when required.Essential skills high attention to detail, able to work under pressure, good problem solving abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills.
